The Duvall Civic Club hosts a Crafters Evening on the first Tuesday of each month in the Rose Room of the Duvall Library at 7:00 P.M..
If you would like to bring your project and socialize with like minded folks; come and join us! We can share patterns and techniques and there is always someone there who will gladly teach beginners to knit or crochet!
Or maybe you like to bead, do needlepoint, embroider or paint? Any portable craft is welcome! Come and share with us!
Matching funds for Half Marathon?
To all our peeps that are walking or running in the Snoqualmie Trail half marathon on Oct 15th … Please check with the HR department at your place of employment to see if they participate in giving matching funds for their employee charity giving! Your entrance fee/donation may be doubled by your employers’ sense of community! The Duvall Civic Club is a registered 501c3 organization and all donations are tax deductable! 3rd Annual Snoqualmie Valley Walk/Run for Women – October 15th, 2011
The Duvall Civic Club is sponsoring our 3rd Annual Snoqualmie Valley Walk/Run for Women on October 15th, 2011. This is a half marathon fun event(13.1 miles) that may be walked or run. Participate at any level that you would like to, just come and join us! All ages and genders are most welcome. Registration starts at 9:15 AM. All profits raised from the event go to help women at a local shelter here in Duvall and the safe houses of Eastside Domestic Violence. Registration fee is $30 on the day of the event or online pre-registration (up until Oct. 11) is $25. Special reduced registration fees are available for families; so come and bring the gang! Enjoy the day and sit with us for a bowl of chili after the walk!
